As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Business Development Representative to help drive Niryo’s expansion in the education market across the United States.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In a fast-growing market like the US, your mission will be to expand and strengthen our distributor network in this region.
Sales Prospecting:
- Work with the Channel Manager to identify target states in the US region.
- Target the relevant types of institutions and contacts (teachers, coordinators, etc.) in each state.
- Source contacts and conduct qualified phone calls to initiate the sales process.
- Set up video conference meetings to present our solutions.
Sales:
- Prepare and lead impactful product demonstrations via video conference.
- Write detailed reports after each video meeting.
- Generate quotes for distributors, who will then send final offers to prospects and clients.
- Follow up on deals, from the first point of contact to closing.
Reporting:
- Document the pipeline, opportunities, and meeting notes with clients in our CRM (Hubspot).
- Regularly report on opportunities and deals to the Channel Manager(s) to ensure effective coordination with distributors.
YOUR TEAM
Your Manager: You will report to the Channel Sales Manager for the US region, who will support you in developing your skills in the American market.
Your Team: You’ll join a dynamic team of 6 salespeople. At Niryo, we thrive on collaboration and teamwork, so you can count on your colleagues to help you grow and share in your successes.
Our most-used tools: Hubspot (CRM), Google Suite, Notion, Jira.
YOUR PROFILE
Hard Skills:
- You have a degree from a business school or equivalent university program.
- You are fluent in English (C1 level) and can communicate effectively with our American prospects and partners.
- You’ve lived in the United States (internship, VIE, studies) and are familiar with the American culture.
- You have some initial experience in sales (IT/Digital).
It woudl be a plus if :
- You have some experience selling in the United States or to the American market.
- You have experience in hardware sales and indirect sales.
Soft Skills:
- You are autonomous, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You are results-oriented and enjoy taking on challenges.
- Your adaptability and strong interpersonal skills will help you build lasting relationships with our clients and partners.
JOB SPECIFICS
- Specifi working hours: 3 days a week working from 1pm to 10pm to align with US time zones. The rest of the week will be regular business hours.
- Growth opportunities: Potential to relocate to the United States by 2026.
