At Niryo, many of us share a passion for sports, each in our own way. Whether it’s running along the Deûle, climbing, yoga, workout training, or ping-pong, anyone can suggest a session and enjoy it with colleagues.

Employee Benefits

Up to €2,500 per year, distributed based on effective working time with the company. The bonus is the same for everyone — whether you're a technician, engineer, or manager — everyone contributes, everyone benefits.
€5 per day to spend as you wish: meals, sports, childcare, cultural activities… Niryo covers 60%, you decide how to use it.
1 day of remote work per week, to help balance work and life. We encourage everyone to be on-site Mondays for the global meeting — the rest is built on trust and flexibility.

6 to 10 extra rest days per year, depending on your working time arrangement (hour-based or day-based). Interns receive one paid day off per month of internship.
