Monday global meeting
Every Monday morning, the whole team comes together for a stand-up to kick off the week: updates, welcoming new joiners, and a collective warm-up to start with energy.

Once a month, each team gets to pitch their projects: we celebrate progress, share news, and align across teams in a spirit of transparency.

Quarterly OKR meetings
Each quarter, we review our OKRs: we recognize progress, share the challenges we’ve faced, and set the direction for the months ahead.
